Super Admin
This is the highest level of access inside of an org. This allows a user to view and interact with all meetings inside of an organization. This user will also have special controls in terms of being able to control Single Sign On for the org.
Admin
This allows a user to gain access to any meeting inside of an organization but they can not modify or change a super admin’s role.
Member (counts towards licenses)
This is the typical role and allows for basic functionality inside of the organization.
Guest (does not count towards licenses)
This is a user role that is allowed to only view meetings in which they are invited.
Roles/ Permissions
Invite to Org
To allow user to be able to invite others to the organization they must have this role. It can be given to any of the user types above.
Project Manager
This allows users to have host
privileges on assets inside of Reelay. They can share meetings they did not host, create and edit details of the Reelay asset, etc.
Create Meeting
This allows a user to create meetings inside of the system. This is typically given to every user type with the exception of the Guest
Type. A user can be a member and retain access to their meetings once this permission is removed but will not be able to create new ones.
