When a meeting shows a status as PENDING it is usually due to 4 possible instances:
1) the Reelay attendant was invited to the meeting, but not let in from the waiting room
2) the attendant was let in from the waiting room, but the zoom host did not consent to the meeting being recorded with zoom
3) the bot was let in from the waiting room but there was no words spoken before it was possibly kicked from the meeting
4) a previously recorded meeting was uploaded and the upload crashed
As a good rule of thumb, especially when using zoom, it is integral for the Host to consent to recording in addition to letting the Reelay bot join the meeting. If you do not plan to be on the call to advocate, let the host know in advance.
