Yes, Reelay offers a free pilot period.
How does Reelay handle file storage and security?
Reelay sends all files securely through a secure connection to our server. The file is then upload to a private S3 bucket inside of AWS. When a file is requested Reelay checks user permissions to see if the file should be accessible.
What do they need to know about sharing risks & best practices?
Sharing will be introduced during training and will only be available to members of the Pilot. No public exposure will be possible until full launch and there are sharing permissions from the host that prevent oversharing.
Do we need to whitelist domains internally, prepare firewalls, etc?
No need - You will use Reelay just like any other Web App. It will be available to you and any members through authentication directly through the platform.

By simply signing our pilot agreement and connecting your calendars to the meeting tool you use today, and you will start receiving Reelay summaries immediately! It is that easy.
